Vincella Thompson Death: Vincella Thompson, Hope In Christ Ministries vice president passed away. Hope In Christ Ministries announced her passing on their official Facebook on Friday, November 26, 2021. She dedicated her entire life to the ministry, she was a dedicated member, a great spiritual leader, and a teacher.
Hope In Christ Ministries expresses their sadness over the passing of their dear sister as they announced her demise to the MGA Family & Friends. “Dear MGA Family & Friends, It is with much sadness and heavy hearts that we are sharing with you the passing of our dear sister Vincella Thompson.” The post also stated that Vincella was not only a personal friend, she was a great spiritual leader and teacher at MGA for five years. “Not only was Vincella a personal friend to many of us in our congregation but she was a great spiritual leader and teacher here at MGA. Vincella served on the board of MGA for five consecutive years.”
she was actively involved in Women’s Ministry, Children’s Ministry, Prayer Ministry and so much more. She also served on the board of Hope in Christ Ministries with me up until June of this year. She was deeply respected and loved by many and was known to be a brilliant mind, with a great sense of humor, and was faithful in serving the church and community. “Many of us knew her to be a brilliant mind, she had a great sense of humor which came out mostly at the Ladies Annual Christmas banquet and she was faithful in serving not only at our church but in our community. She accomplished great things.”
MGA is asking the community to continue to pray for her children and the extended family and if anyone wishes to send anything, please know that there is a memorial scholarship set up at Keyano College in Vincella’s name and you can give to that in order to help someone else pursue post-secondary education.
