Towards the urban regeneration works in Victoria Island, Oniru Axis and some parts of Lekki, the Deputy Governor, Dr. Kadri Obafemi Hamzat and I met with members of the Body of Corporate Institutions in Lagos, one of our reliable partners in the quest for social development, infrastructural development, and good governance.

At the collaborative engagement, we identified and agreed on areas of immediate intervention, which would certainly have positive impact on the quality of life of Lagosians.
The proposed urban regeneration project is expected to commence in the next couple of months, which cover:
1. Works on 6 roads
2. Improvement works on 7 junctions
3. Traffic Monitoring System (TMS) including reclassification of 4 roads as one-way street.
With our resolve and the support of the Body of Corporate Institutions in Lagos, this project will be executed excellently.
