Samuel Collington Cause of Death – North Philadelphia: Samuel Sean Collington, 21-year-old, of Prospect Park, Pennsylvania, was identified as the Temple University student who was shot and killed off-campus in North Philadelphia Sunday afternoon November 28, 2021. The shooting which occurred about three to four blocks away from Temple’s campus claimed the life of Samuel.

According to our sources, around 1 pm on Sunday, November 28, 2021, Samuel who is a student of Temple University was on the 2200 block of North Park Avenue, when a gunman opened fire. He was shot in his chest twice, he was then rushed to the hospital where he succumbed to his injuries around some minutes to 2 pm. He was set to graduate as a political science student at Temple University this winter from the College of Liberal Arts. He is also a fellow in the office of the City Commissioner.

Commissioner Omar Sabir on a Facebook post on Sunday, November 28, 2021, says that he was deeply saddened to learn of the murder of Samuel who was a fellow in his office. He described him as an intelligent young man who exemplified an incredible passion for engaging voters and was an indispensable member of our team.
