Kristin Nichole Garner described Herald as the funniest guy she knows and always tells him he should be on Tv. “My cousin Jeff Herald ….the funniest guy I know. I always told him he should be on TV.” She also added that Herald was beautiful inside and out and he meant so much to their family. “He was beautiful inside and out…and meant so much to our family.” She also added that she pray his killer is found and brought to justice. “Please pray that his killer is found and that justice is served.”
