Geoffrey Giudice Death – Cause Of Death: Former Australia Federal Court Judge and President of Fair Work Australia Geoffrey Giudice has died unexpectedly on Wednesday 17th November 2021 at the age of 74. Geoffrey Giudice’s cause of death has not been confirmed at the time of this report.
Geoffrey Giudice was a graduate of the University of Melbourne in the year 1970 where he studied law. After he graduated. he worked in different industries for nine years before he began practicing as a solicitor in year 1979. He was called to Bar in Victoria in 1984. He specialized in industrial relations and employment law as a lawyer.
He became a judge of the Federal Court of Australia on 17 September in the year 1997, in the same time span he was elected the president of the Australian Industrial Relations Commission, and in 2009 he was appointed the first president of the Fair Work Australia, a position he held until 2021 when he retired. He was a fearless, impartial and brilliant legal mind. His contribution to industrial relations and public service was distinguished and of the highest order.
He served in his legal profession diligently. He devoted his time to serving the Australian people better. His fight for humanity will be remembered as one of his achievements, he series of changes in Fair Work Australia which moulded it to what it is today. His impact will linger forever. Geoffrey Giudice obituary will be announced by his family in due time.
