Fidelina Saavedra Death – Cause of Death : 66-year-old Evanston resident, Fidelina Saavedra has lost her life after her car slammed into a Phantom fireworks building on Overthrust Road around 7:14 a.m. on Sunday, November 14, 2021 in Evanston, Wyoming.
According to the Evanston Police Department, Saavedra was driving northbound on Overthrust Road before she accelerated to a high speed and existed the roadway at the intersection of West Cheyenne Drive. The car then travel through an open field, entered a parking lot before crashing into Phantom Fireworks building and the car burst into flames.
Emergency crews arrived the scene and found Saavedra in her car. She was rushed to Evanston Regional Hospital where she succumbed to her injuries.
Investigation into the crash is still ongoing Wyoming Highway Patrol.
