Octavia Leavigne Death – Cause of Death – Octavia Leavigne, 47, of Florida, died on the 16th of October 2021 from complications related to COVID-19. She was very dedicated and faithful to the positions she held with the Johnstone McDonald’s franchise for the past 17 years. She was unvaccinated.
News reports states that Octavia was first an overnight manager in the Callaway McDonald’s location and worked very hard to later become a general manager, most recently at the Thomas Drive location in Panama City Beach. Pensacola News Journal reported that Octavia built different Johnstone McDonald’s locations and was becoming a success in all areas before the tragedy occurred.
