Tonita Lorice Smith and Allene Elizabeth “Beth” Redmon Death – Cause of Death – Tonita Lorice Smith, 39, of Charlottesville who was initially reported missing earlier this month, has been found dead in Harrisonburg. Reports says that another victim identified as Allene Elizabeth “Beth” Redmon, 54, of Harrisonburg was also found dead.
According to the Harrisonburg police, the two victim were found dead in a vacant lot. Investigations have led the police to identify Anthony Robinson, 35, of Washington, as the suspect in this deaths. He was arrested on Tuesday and charged with two counts of first-degree murder in addition to two felony counts of concealing, transporting or altering a dead body.
According to news reports, Smith was reported missing on the 19th of November 2021 and was last seen on the 14th of November 2021 in Charlottesville. Investigators said the women died at different times. The Virginia Medical Examiner’s Office is expected to determine the exact time of their deaths as well as the causes.
