Marshay Hazelwood, District Heights, Cause of Death: Marshay Hazelwood, 29-year-old, of District Heights, was identified as the victim that passed away in the hospital after she was tragically she was shot on Monday, November 22, 2021, at approximately 7:45 am, at 2100 block of County Road.
Patrol officers responded to a shooting at 2100 block of County Road on Monday, November 22, 2021, at approximately 7:45 am. On police arrival, Marshay Hazelwood was found outside suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. She was rushed to the hospital where she later succumbed to the gunshot wounds hours later.
A reward of up to $25,000 is being offered for information leading to an arrest and indictment in this case. As Homicide Unit is working to identify and arrest the suspect(s).
