20-year-old Kavon Mitchell was found outside a home on Needles Street suffering from gunshot wounds.
Prior to, a 17-year-old male was found lying in front of a home near 17th Ave. and Elm St. suffering from gunshot wounds.
Around 2pm, 69-year-old Horace Harrington was found shot outside of a home on Lilac.
