South Surrey Shooting – Officials are searching for a white SUV, with a Washington plate number, after a shooting in South Surrey Thursday afternoon.
Authorities say an adult male was located suffering from a graze gunshot injury at the scene in a home on the 2900-block of 160 Street at about 12 p.m. The unidentified man was transported to the hospital for treatments and later discharged. Investigators believe the suspects fled the neighborhood in a white SUV, with alleged Washington license plates. During a press conference, Mounties say the shooting may not be gang-related and that the incident is not a threat to the public.
Investigations is currently ongoing.
