Warren Volker Cause of Death – Passed Away: 58-year-old Dr Warren Volker (Kenneth Warren Volker MD) from Las Vegas, Nevada has sadly passed away. No cause of death has been made public. Warren Volker was the Chief Clinical Officer at Intermountain Healthcare. Warren Volker was happily married to Michele Volker.
