Vernon King Death – Cause Of Death: 59-year- old Vernon King of Sidney has been identified as a victim that was killed in a house fire at the intersection of Park Street and Second Avenue in Sidney that took place on Thursday 18th November 2021.
According to the report, the fire was reported to the Firefighters at about 1:10 p.m. on Thursday at the intersection of Park Street and Second Avenue, on their arrival they met a Sidney police officer who said they met the building was entirely covered smoke and fire and they discovered two people were trapped inside the building.
The firefighter was able to rescue the two victims from the building, they were transported to the hospital where Vernon died from his injuries sustained, the second victim is in a stable condition.
The investigation is still ongoing as the cause of the fire has not been ascertained.
