Officials with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department are investigating a shooting in the city’s Eastside that left a person is dead Friday night.
According to Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, the incident happened in the 2900 block of E. 19th Street at about 10:46 p.m. Responding officials located an unidentified person dead at the scene. Medical terms determined the cause of death to be gunshots
