Chimera Skaggs missing – Death – Cause of death: Victims of Tuesday’s homicide in Lodi identified as Chimera Skaggs and Skyler McConnell.

CALIFORNIA, US State – Chimera Skaggs, a 16-year-old was reported missing in June 2020 along with her boyfriend, Stephen Griffen but were later found safe. She has now been declared deceased following a double homicide that took place on Tuesday, 16th of November 2021 in Lodi.

Report gathered stated that the Lodi Police Department officials were called to the railroad tracks north of Harney Lane at about 7:50 a.m. Tuesday in response to two homicide victims that were found in the area. The victims were said to be teenage girl and boy ages 17 and 16 respectively. They were reportedly stabbed to death by a suspect who has now been identified as 29-year-old, Randall Allenbaugh.

Randall has now been arrested by the Lodi Police Department and booked into San Joaquin County Jail where he is reportedly being held on two counts of murder.

The police have now confirmed the victims of the homicide to be two residents of Lodi one of which is a friend to Randall. The victims are Skyler McConnell, 17, and Chimera Skaggs, 16. Investigation into their death is ongoing and the police are asking for information in the case.

Skaggs who is a student of St. Mary’s High School in Stockton was said to have received the honor roll as a freshman and also as a sophomore. Her death is very painful to her family and the entire community.
